Uniaxial geogrid production line

Uniaxial tensile geogrid is formed by extruding high molecular polymer into thin plate, punching regular hole network, and then stretching longitudinally. The product is applicable to the reinforcement of various embankments and subgrade, slope protection, tunnel wall reinforcement, large airports, parking lots, wharfs, freight yards and other permanently loaded foundations.

Geogrid production line equipment produces grids with strong bearing capacity in vertical and horizontal directions. After extrusion and stretching, the molecular structure of the plastic net is reoriented, and the tensile strength of the material is 2-3 times that of the material before stretching. The bars and ribs formed by biaxial tension are perpendicular to each other. This structure enables the pressure applied to the mesh surface to be effectively transmitted to the surrounding bars and ribs through the nodes, thus greatly improving the overall bearing capacity of the mesh surface. When the external force is applied to one bar (or rib), the external force is also evenly distributed to other bars (or ribs), which reduces the centralized bearing capacity of a single bar, so it is not easy to cause the fracture of the bar and rib.
